On April 13, 1992 the 63 mile Chicago Freight Tunnel,
a tunnel beneath the Chicago river, ruptured and flooded
the Chicago loop. Both local and global companies were
forced to shut down because of this catastrophe. The City
of Chicago called on Kenny Construction to alleviate the
city of this disaster. Kenny Construction called on Windy
City Electric to aid in the power restoration of these
tunnels. |
